NCALC 2026 Annual Convention

Advance Registration is Required for Each Individual Attendee.

Employees of member companies, and their spouses and/or companions are eligible for the discounted member registration rates.

Invitation: Join members and friends of North Carolina Association of Launderers and Cleaners (NCALC) for its Annual Convention being held at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel Raleigh-Durham Airport at RTP, Durham, NC.

What: This event will feature professional networking, local plant tours, educational sessions, vendor exhibits, group dinner social events, the annual membership meeting, business meetings of the NCALC Board of Directors and Committees, and opportunities for everyone to have fellowship with other participants and time for friends to enjoy other activities in the Raleigh-Durham, RTP area.

NCALC President Kyle Panther will convene our 120th Annual Membership Meeting on Saturday morning, September 26, 2026 at which time, new Officers, Directors, and other leadership will be elected for the 2026-2028 term.

Who: All NCALC members, other launderers and cleaners, friends, and companions are encouraged to participate.

Where: The planned education, networking, and the business meetings of the NCALC standing committees, Membership, and Board of Directors will be held at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel Raleigh-Durham Airport at Research Triangle Park, 4700 Emperor Blvd, I-40 at Exit 282 (Page Road), Durham, NC 27703. Our hotel is very near the Raleigh-Durham (RDU) Airport. Dinner socials are being planned for both Friday and Saturday evenings for attendees to enjoy fellowship with other attendees.

Accommodations: A small block of hotel rooms has been reserved for our group at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel Raleigh-Durham Airport at Research Triangle Park, 4700 Emperor Blvd, I-40 at Exit 282 (Page Road), Durham, NC 27703. Our group rate is $155 per night for reservations made by Saturday, August 29, 2026.

Annual Membership Meeting

Pursuant to Article XII (3) of the NCALC Bylaws, all members of NCALC are hereby notified that the 120th Annual General Membership meeting will convene about on Saturday September 26, 2026 at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel Raleigh-Durham Airport at RTP. Among the items on the agenda, will be the election of officers and other members of the Board of Directors to serve for 2026-2028.

Convention Registration

Advance registration for each individual participant is required to ensure everyone can be accommodated. All registrations must be processed through our online registration system. Multiple attendees may be registered and paid together by completing registration for each individual starting with the person responsible for payment first, asking for an invoice after each person until the last, and then paying for all registrations with one charge card transaction.

Cancellations

Should cancellations be necessary, please let us know as early as possible. Cancellation requests will be accepted through August 29 with full refunds provided. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.

Suggested Dress

Business formal is encouraged for the Saturday evening Recognition Reception and Dinner. Business casual is appropriate for all other group activities.

Childcare

The entire program for this convention is planned for the adult members and guests. Participants should make their own arrangements for childcare.
